Labelled fiction.
- FrontierOrg is not a registered operating company in this project. It is a thought experiment.
- The holding shape is inspired by infrastructure groups. It is not a statement about Cheung Kong Infrastructure or any real portfolio.
- EY, Accenture, Microsoft, SAP, Workday, and Halo do not sponsor, certify, or endorse this work. CRM rows are a fictional analogue inspired by Halo patterns, not an export from a Halo product. HR rows are Workday-like. ERP rows are SAP-like.
- The 50,000 figure is a planning fixture for humans. Agent and service identities are separate. No directory was provisioned.
- O*NET 31.0 text files are in the repo under data/onet/, CC BY 4.0. See data/onet/ATTRIBUTION.md. Department tags and AI suitability are FrontierOrg modifications. USDOL/ETA has not approved them.
- The ESCO join uses the official crosswalk file (mapping project version 1, September 2022): ESCO v1.1.0 and O*NET-SOC 2019. See data/esco/ATTRIBUTION.md. An earlier intention to pin ESCO v1.2.1 was wrong for this file. Twelve of 302 occupations are unmapped. Related matches were not in the file and were not invented. DATA-003 stays open.
- Synthetic data is fabricated by generators/sample_fixture.py. Do not paste a real tenant. Emails use example.com. Similarity review still applies before any wider release.
- Scorecard actuals are “not measured” unless a cell cites a fixture fact and says so. Fixture cardinality is not performance.
- NIST AI RMF (Govern, Map, Measure, Manage) applies to any later agent. ILO: exposure is not redundancy. Prosci ADKAR is a narrative lens for enablement, not a claim that a change programme ran.
Licence, region, retention
The fictional stack is listed on Controls. Microsoft 365 and Copilot-style wording is an assumption, not a purchased SKU. Region and retention for identity, CRM, ERP, HCM, model hosting, and logging are unknown unless a row says otherwise. The directory fixture is documented as not provisioned in Entra. RISK-001 stays open. No cost is implied.
